PLATJOLA HOUSE
Cozy renovated cottage located in the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta. Able to comfortably accommodate between 4 and 10 people, it is ideal to spend a few days with family or friends and enjoy the privilege of living in the middle of nature: surrounded by rice fields, native fauna and flora, near wild beaches and the lagoon La Platjola.
"La Platjola" is a house of 160 m2 built in the mid-twentieth century using local materials such as clay tuff flooring or irregular whitewashed brick walls. In the current rehabilitation has prioritized to keep the charm of the typical and unpredictable spaces of the houses of yesteryear.
Outside there is a "rafal" (porch) with a large table, where you can enjoy the views, both day and night, eat, listen to music or simply soak up the atmosphere of this magical and special land. It also has a barbecue that allows you to prepare tasty dishes
On the right side of the house, next to the "rafal", we find a private parking area and several trees, including a fig tree and palm trees that allow you to enjoy nature in all its splendor. The house is surrounded by a large outdoor area shared with another of our cottages "Casa de Castells": a very small farmhouse that we usually rent to couples and is located 50m away. Privacy is guaranteed by the orientation of the houses, the installation of reed hedges and the wide spaces surrounding them.
* Well behaved pets are welcome. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE BEDS OR SOFAS.
* It is advisable to put on some anti-mosquito lotion, especially at sunset.
* We remind you that the house is located in an agricultural and fishing area, so, at certain times, you may find machinery or personnel working nearby or passing through.
