Renovated in 2022 seeking to combine maximum comfort and the luxury of living in the middle of nature: rice fields, wetlands, native fauna and flora, wild beaches... it is perfect for a getaway with friends or family, where you can practice multiple outdoor activities and disconnect, relax and enjoy everything this land has to offer.
Up some stairs, preserved from the original house, we access a large attic room with 2 single beds and a small living room, where you can enjoy unparalleled views of the rice fields and Buda Island. High speed WiFi (56MBps).
The house has two outdoor areas. One to leave vehicles and bicycles and the other, under the shade of the trees and with a large table, where you can eat, read, play cards, have a coffee and chat and enjoy the incomparable exclusivity, peace and disconnection that this house offers. It also has an outdoor shower.
* Pets are welcome. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON THE BEDS OR SOFAS.
* It is advisable to put some anti-mosquito lotion, especially at sunset.
* The house is located within a farm of the property dedicated to the cultivation of rice. The access to it is made by dirt roads for private use. In some moments of the cultivation cycle it is possible to find a closed metal barrier. In these cases, it is only necessary to open the barrier and, once the vehicle has passed, close it again.
* We remind you that the house is located in an agricultural and fishing area, so, at certain times, there may be machinery or personnel working nearby or passing through.
